Time varying signals [time varying signals are very
difficult for software to maximise]
Transient Signals [Transients from ambients, EUT,
turntables can fool software into thinking there is a higher peak at a different position.
What is the correct frequency ? [Analyser frequency
accuracy is generally 2% of Span, hence in a 100MHz that is 2MHz, how can it give you the
correct frequency when you zoom in to take a closer look !]
Setting accuracy of the turntables/towers
[Towers/Turntable have inertia and when the software states 45degrees, it may be at 41,
plus they may move too quickly to resolve the signals]
